{"id":3888,"date":"2021-10-17T16:48:35","date_gmt":"2021-10-17T19:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/?p=3888"},"modified":"2025-10-22T05:07:47","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T08:07:47","slug":"fertilidad-y-reproduccion-asistida-el-rol-del-laboratorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/eng\/fertilidad-y-reproduccion-asistida-el-rol-del-laboratorio\/","title":{"rendered":"Fertilidad y reproducci\u00f3n asistida: el rol del Laboratorio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que el laboratorio tiene un rol importante tanto en el diagn\u00f3stico de casos de infertilidad como en el seguimiento de los tratamientos de reproducci\u00f3n asistida?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde estudios hormonales b\u00e1sicos hasta estudios espec\u00edficos, en Centralab realizamos las siguientes pruebas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Cariotipo:<\/strong> an\u00e1lisis de sangre que permite estudiar los cromosomas y conocer si existe alg\u00fan tipo de alteraci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica o estructural que pueda generar problemas de salud o de fertilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Hormona Antimulleriana:<\/strong> los valores de esta hormona permiten estimar la cantidad de fol\u00edculos primordiales, de esta forma puede usarse como un \u00edndice de reserva ov\u00e1rica en la mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>FSH (Hormona Foliculoestimulante):<\/strong> esta hormona en el hombre estimula la espermatog\u00e9nesis (producci\u00f3n de espermatozoides) y en la mujer estimula el desarrollo de fol\u00edculos ov\u00e1ricos y regula el ciclo menstrual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Estradiol:<\/strong> hormona sexual por excelencia de la mujer. Entre otras funciones es la responsable de que en cada ciclo menstrual se forme un \u00fanico ovocito maduro, prepara la zona del \u00fatero llamada endometrio para que anide el embri\u00f3n dando lugar a un embarazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Progesterona:<\/strong> hormona generada en los ovarios, durante el ciclo menstrual aumenta una vez que el ovario haya liberado el \u00f3vulo. Tambi\u00e9n tiene un rol importante durante el embarazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"24\" height=\"19\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 24px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centralab.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/tild.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>BHCG (Hormona Gonadotrofina cori\u00f3nica):<\/strong> hormona producida por la placenta desde el inicio del desarrollo del embri\u00f3n.
